Products performance characteristics

The Dessert is the part of the meal that serves as a means to remove lingering flavours on the pallet.  Desserts usually include sugars and a mixture of items on the food pyramid.  Desserts vary in contents and are very diverse depending on the culture of which the foods originated from. 

Products aesthetic characteristics

The dessert are served on desert dishes.  The dishes are white and made of Corelle.  These dishes are sterilized before use.  Desserts are served with a concern for visual design and allocation of food groups within the dish.  It are then garnished as a visual stimuli.

Installation, configuration or fit of product

Desserts are always provided with some sort of liquid to reduce choking, this can include soda’s or water.  Desserts are served preprocessed and are provided to the clients twenty four hours after the completion of preparing and processing.  Desserts are always prepared, processed and packaged (handled) with sterile technique. Desserts are chilled before serving. 

Packaging characteristics (if applicable)

For dine in, the Desserts is served on dishware noted above.

For drive through the Dessert is served on biodegradable recyclable containers.

Desserts are produced with concern of the Food Safety Act or the Food and Drugs Act.  Legislations are varied per state.
