Products performance characteristics

The Recipe is used within a company so that it can vend nutritional products en mass to the publics within a states domestic environment.  

Products aesthetic characteristics

The Recipe is a written instrument designed to detail the following:  The referent, the ingredients and the method of food production and processing and packaging. 

Organize the Recipe by placing the referent as the title just under the header of the document.

Proceed to the next paragraph- ingredients.  In this section start with the perishable foods and include the unit amount required (use units of culinary measure, metric system or the imperial system variable to the state), list the raw materials used- start with meats- beef, pork, poultry, mutton.  Proceed then to list sea food- fish, shellfish, crustations etc.  List raw vegetables and fruits.  List dairy that are required such as milk or cheese.  List the grains required such as flour, corn starch, baguette.  Next proceed with the oils and nuts such as canola oil, and walnuts.  Lastly, list the non- perishable products used- Mama Sita’s mix, Kikkoman soy sauce, Franks Red Hot. 

In the next paragraph create a numerical list of the method used to prepare and process the raw goods.  For example:

Step 1:  Wash hands

Step 2:  Observe clean technique or sterile technique (variable to the provisions of the SBU).

Step 3:  With a sauce pan, heat the oven at high. 

Step 4:  When the sauce pan is hot, add 1 teaspoon of canola oil. 

 

Installation, configuration or fit of product

The context of demand, installation, configuration and fit are variable.  In order to produce and process food, the Recipe must be used so that products are consistent and are proliferated with accuracy- observe Japanese food techniques and propaganda.  Observe French techniques. 

Packaging characteristics (if applicable)

The Recipe is a written instrument via a doc file which can be printed on paper. 

Applicable standards

The Recipe is created for individuals that have been trained to prepare, process and package food in a clean to sterile environment. 

Applicable statutes or legislations

Recipes are produced with concern of the Food Safety Act or the Food and Drugs Act.  Legislations are varied per state.
