The Acknowledgement is used to verify and
confirm the use of values or virtues.
Products aesthetic characteristics
Value:
The regard that something is held; importance or worth.
Virtue:
The behavior depicting morality.
The Acknowledgement has a capitalized
referent on the header of the document.
Usually this title is displayed as “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.”
On the paragraph section of the document
start with a statement that introduces the client and how he or she has
conducted civil- legal duty by virtue of good faith. The next sentence should then allude to the
values by which the client exercised and it should formatted to the left margin. For example:
“John Doe conducted his activities with
the following values:”
On the next line, the values should be
inserted on a center margin. Refer to
the example below:

On the next paragraph bring the scenario
and the client together and how the values or virtues relate to that conduct
via a paragraph explanation.
Below the paragraph section, if the
document is a single unit document, it must have a signature line with the
location and date wherein the document was created. Refer below for an example.
Signed at [INSERT ADDRESS] on __ day ___, ____ (day, month and
year).
If the document is bundled with other documents, the signature line can be placed on other documents. ALL DOCUMENT BUNDLES MUST HAVE A SIGNITURE AND DATE.

product
Acknowledgements are correspondence and
there is a duty to take accountable and responsible ownership of the document. The document is created in office by a worker
and then it is administered to the client.
Packaging characteristics (if applicable)
The Acknowledgement is presented on plain
paper with legal formatting.
Applicable standards
The Acknowledgement can be administered by
an individual that has a certification in law or legal administrative
studies. It can also be administered by
civilians practicing civil- legal advocacy/ although it is not advised and it
is a last resort.
Applicable statutes or legislations
Acknowledgements are administered per the Constitution
Act – Supreme Court but are also administered by the province by virtue of
the Provincial Court Act. It
varies on the matter to be resolved- refer to S92 and S91 for jurisdiction
provisions. The Evidence Act is
the legislation that deals with evidence.
